Slimqa runs its own support. The checkout says the team works 24/7, and returns and questions are handled through the Help Center on slimqa.com. The names and contact routes of the seller are on our legal page.

Before you write, find your confirmation email. The order number in it speeds everything up.

A message to support that gets answered fast

• Subject line: your order number.
• Your name and the email used at checkout.
• The problem in a sentence.
• The outcome you want: refund, return or replacement.
• Photos attached if anything is damaged.

Four things that do not count as a return

The terms are clear that these will not get you a refund on their own:

• Refusing delivery.
• Not collecting the parcel, so it goes back to the sender.
• Posting boxes to a registered office or other business address.
• Sending anything back before the return is set up in the Help Center.

Refund basics

The voluntary policy refunds eligible sealed boxes. You pay for posting them back, and the original delivery charge stays non-refundable. After the boxes arrive and are checked, the refund normally goes to the card or method you paid with.

Your legal rights sit on top of this. The terms say none of it limits mandatory consumer rights, such as those you have under UK consumer law.

Slimqa and Trustpilot

Prevention: five checks before you pay

• The figure on each card is per box, not per pack.
• One box adds £4.95 delivery; two or three boxes ship free.
• Each sachet has 120 mg of caffeine, so one a day is the limit.
• Save the confirmation email until you are happy with your order.
• The checkout recommends Slimqa only for adults, 18 and over.

Kept the parcel, still undecided?

No problem, as long as the boxes stay sealed while you think it over. Opening one “just to try” takes that box out of the voluntary refund. Set up the return in the Help Center and post the sealed boxes inside the 30 days.

When to escalate

If you have written to support with your order number and the details above and still have no answer, write again quoting your first message and the date. Keep copies of everything: confirmation, tracking, proof of postage and your messages.
