Slimqa refunds: the 30-day money-back guarantee

The rules in brief

• 30 calendar days, starting on the day your parcel arrives.
• Sealed, unused boxes in their packaging qualify.
• The refund usually returns to the way you paid.
• Applies to the Starter pack, the 2-box and the 3-box pack.
• It is extra to, not instead of, your legal rights.

Getting your money back, step by step

• Open the Help Center on slimqa.com and start a return within the 30 days.
• Share the details that identify your order.
• Put the sealed boxes back in their packaging.
• Post them to the return address you are given, using a service with proof of postage.
• Once the boxes are in and checked, the refund is processed.

Example: three boxes, one opened

You took the best seller, tried one box and decided against Slimqa. The two boxes you never opened qualify for a refund on their own; the box you opened does not. The terms assess each unit separately.

What the policy excludes

Boxes that have been opened, used, damaged or are incomplete fall outside the voluntary policy. Your return postage and the original delivery charge are also not refunded.

Quicker: the one-hour cancellation

Noticed a mistake straight after paying? Ask for a cancellation within the hour. It works while the order has not moved into processing, fulfilment or shipping; after that, use the return steps above.

Faulty, damaged or wrong

Those cases are not part of the 30-day policy. The terms deal with them under the law. Take photos, keep the packaging and write down the batch number, in case support asks.

Your rights under UK law

Think of the guarantee as a bonus on top of the law. Whatever UK consumer law already gives you stays fully in place, and the terms confirm that the voluntary policy does not cut into it.

Do not do this

• Refuse the parcel and expect a refund: that is not an approved return.
• Post boxes to the registered office named in the terms.
• Send anything before the Help Center has set up your return.
• Throw away your proof of postage.

• Any messages with customer service.
• The return address you were given.
• Your proof of postage and its tracking number.
