Have your order details ready: the name and email you ordered with, and the order or confirmation number.

Common problems and the fix

Writing to support: what to include

• Your full name and the email address used for the order.
• The order number from your confirmation email.
• What happened, in one or two sentences.
• What you would like: a replacement, a return or a refund.
• Photos if the box or parcel is damaged.

Mistakes that slow a refund down

The terms list a few things that do NOT count as an approved return. Avoid them:

• Refusing the parcel or leaving it uncollected.
• Letting the parcel go back to sender.
• Posting a box to the seller’s registered office or any address other than the return address given for your order.
• Sending boxes back without first starting the return through the Help Center.

What the refund covers

Under the voluntary 30-day policy, the refund is for eligible unopened boxes. Return postage is yours to arrange and pay, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Once the boxes arrive and pass inspection, the money normally goes back to your original payment method.

None of this removes your statutory rights; the terms say mandatory consumer rights, such as those under the Australian Consumer Law, always apply.

Before you order: avoid a complaint later

• Read the price per box on each card; the checkout never shows a pack total.
• Remember a single box has a $7.95 shipping charge, 2 or 3 boxes ship free.
• Note the caffeine: 120 mg per sachet, one sachet a day at most.
• Keep your confirmation email until your parcel has arrived and you are happy.
• Order only for yourself if you are 18 or over, as the checkout recommends.

Kept your parcel but changed your mind?

That is fine as long as the boxes stay sealed. Do not open them “just to try one”: under the voluntary policy an opened box no longer qualifies for the refund. Start the return through the Help Center and post the unopened boxes within the time frame.
