Legal information
Seller and operator
The official terms name Aura Health LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA as both the seller of the products and the operator of slimqa.com. The terms state that returns must not be sent to this address.
This partner site presents Slimqa for Australia and New Zealand. We do not sell, ship or refund anything ourselves; orders, delivery, returns and refunds are handled by the seller under the official Slimqa terms and conditions.
Contact and customer service
For order questions, delivery, returns, refunds or product questions, contact the seller through the Help Center or the contact method shown on slimqa.com. The checkout states that its customer support team is available 24/7.
Returns go only to the return address designated for your order; follow the return procedure in the Help Center before posting anything.
Privacy on this site
We do not run accounts, newsletters or forms here, and we never ask you for personal data. One session flag is kept in your browser so the exit message shows no more than once per visit; it is gone when the tab closes. We set no analytics or advertising cookies of our own. Our host keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security. What happens with your data on the checkout is described in the official Slimqa privacy policy.
Terms of use
Prices, packs, shipping lines and the guarantee shown here are copied from the official checkout and can change there; what the checkout shows when you order is what applies. Your purchase contract is with the seller named above. Product information on this site is not medical advice: ask your doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition.
Health information
Slimqa is a food supplement, not a medicine, and not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Each sachet contains 120 mg caffeine; do not exceed one sachet a day. The checkout notes that health claims on its website have not been proved scientifically or evaluated by doctors, and that the product is not recommended for anyone under 18.
Images and names
Product photos, the box, the label and the reviewer photos are those used on the official checkout. Slimqa and Slim Coffee Booster are the names the merchant uses for its product. Reviews are reproduced exactly as printed on the checkout.
How this site is funded
We are a partner site and may receive a commission when an order is placed. You pay the same price, and the commission does not change what we show: claims, prices and reviews come from the official checkout.
Returns address
The terms name designated return locations and warn that parcels sent to the registered office or to any other business address are not approved returns. Always start in the Help Center, which gives you the correct return address for your order.
New Zealand
Pages under /au/ also serve visitors in New Zealand. The NZ checkout shows the same packs in NZ$ and is run under the same official terms.
