The guarantee in short

Your refund, step by step

• Step 1: within 30 days of delivery, start a return through the Help Center on slimqa.com.
• Step 2: give the details that identify your order.
• Step 3: pack the unopened boxes in their original packaging.
• Step 4: post them to the return address given for your order, and keep proof of postage.
• Step 5: once the boxes are received and checked, the refund is processed.

A worked example

Say you ordered the 3-box pack, opened one box and decide Slimqa is not for you. Under the terms, only units that meet the conditions qualify: the two boxes that are still sealed can go back for a refund, the opened one cannot.

What does not qualify

Under the voluntary policy, opened, used, damaged or incomplete boxes do not qualify. The original shipping charge and the cost of sending the boxes back are not refunded either.

Faster than a return: cancel within an hour

If you spot a mistake right after ordering, the terms let you request a cancellation within one hour, provided the order has not yet entered processing, fulfilment or shipping. Once it has, the return route above applies.

Faulty or wrong items

A damaged, faulty or incorrect delivery is a different matter: the terms handle it under the law, not the voluntary policy. Keep the packaging, take photos and note the batch number.

Your statutory rights

The money-back guarantee is voluntary and comes on top of the law, not instead of it. The terms say that mandatory consumer rights, for example under the Australian Consumer Law, are not limited by the return policy.

Before you send anything

• Do not refuse the parcel as a way to return it; that is not an approved return.
• Do not post boxes to the registered office address in the terms.
• Start the return through the Help Center first.
• Use a trackable postage service and keep the receipt.

• Days 1 to 30: decide, and start the return through the Help Center if Slimqa is not for you.
• Next: post the sealed boxes to the return address you are given.
• After arrival: the boxes are checked and the refund goes back to your payment method.
