You want to cancel right after ordering

Changed your mind straight away? Under the terms you get one hour from placing the order to ask for it to be cancelled, provided it has not yet moved into processing, fulfilment or shipping.

If the order is already on its way, you can still use the 30-day return policy once it arrives.

Your Slimqa parcel has not arrived

Give it a little time first. The terms say orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, and shipping usually takes about 2 to 14 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

• Check your inbox and spam folder: tracking may be sent by email
• Make sure the delivery address on your confirmation is complete
• Still nothing? Contact customer support with your order details
• Turning the parcel away at the door does not cancel anything: the terms state that a refused delivery does not count as a return request

You want your money back

The seller offers a voluntary 30-calendar-day return policy on top of any rights you have by law. To qualify, a box must come back unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

If a box arrives damaged or not as described, tell customer support. The terms say your rights for defective, damaged or non-conforming products are not limited by the voluntary return conditions.

Ordered one box and then saw the 3-box price? Each card shows its own price per box, and the cheapest per box is the 3-box pack at $19.99. Later, unopened boxes can go back under the 30-day return policy and you can order the pack you prefer.
