Stirring Slimqa into your coffee

Make your coffee the way you always do. Tear open a sachet, pour it in, stir. Done.

Prefer it with water?

You do not need coffee at all. The label lists water as the other option. A glass of water with one sachet stirred in counts as your daily serving.

Water is also the easy choice later in the day if you do not want a second coffee. A tall glass makes it easy to stir the 2 g in fully.

Caffeine: count your cup

Each Slimqa sachet contains 120 mg caffeine. That is printed twice, in the Supplement Facts and in the warning line. Mixed into a brewed cup, the sachet adds its 120 mg to whatever your coffee already has.

So if you are a three-cups-a-day person, think about which cup gets the sachet, and whether a glass of water is the better carrier on busy days.

The label also says: "Not for children or pregnant or nursing women. Do not exceed 1 sachet daily."

What gives Slimqa its flavor

Besides the actives, the panel names four helpers: chicory root fiber (inulin), a natural flavor, stevia from the leaf and an extract of black pepper. Stevia does the sweetening, so no sugar appears in the list. The actives are L-carnitine, caffeine, curcumin, green coffee extract and chromium, all listed on Slimqa ingredients.

Because the sachet is sweetened already, many people skip the sugar in the cup it goes into. Milk or no milk is up to you; the label only asks for water or coffee.
