Seller and platform operator
Slimqa products are sold by Aura Health LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, registered address 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. According to the official Terms and Conditions, Aura Health LLC is both the seller of record and the platform operator of slimqa.com.
The terms state clearly that returns must NOT be sent to this registered address.
Customer service and contact
Questions about orders, delivery, returns, refunds and the product go through the Help Center or the contact method shown on slimqa.com. The checkout says customer support is available 24/7. Orders, deliveries and refunds are handled by the merchant, not by this site.
Written notices that the terms require, for example a dispute notice, can be sent through the contact method the merchant names for that purpose in its terms or Help Center.
Returns address
Products may only be returned to the return address designated for your order. The terms currently list these return locations: US returns, 19655 E 35th Dr, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011, United States; EU returns, Kleine Esch 669, 2841 MK Moordrecht, the Netherlands. Follow the return procedure in the Help Center before you ship.
Returns and cancellation in brief
A cancellation can be requested within one hour after ordering if the order has not entered processing. The voluntary 30-calendar-day return policy covers unopened, unused boxes in their original packaging. Return shipping and original shipping charges are not refunded under the voluntary policy, unless the law requires it. Mandatory legal rights are not affected.
Delivery
The terms say orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipping usually takes about 2 to 14 business days, depending on destination, carrier and customs. Delivery dates are estimates. Tracking may be provided by email where available.
Optional extras and subscriptions
The terms also cover optional extras, such as a paid subscription to the "Nutrical" app or a recurring order, if you choose one. These are separate purchases and can be cancelled at any time through customer support.
Disputes
The terms contain a dispute section. For US residents it asks for a written notice and 30 days of good-faith talks before arbitration, and it allows opting out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting the terms.
Privacy
This site has no user accounts, no forms and no newsletter. The only browser storage is a session flag so the exit message is not shown twice. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security. When you order, your data is processed by the merchant under its own privacy policy on slimqa.com.
