Slimqa complaints: the first step

With any Slimqa complaint, the first step is customer support. The checkout says the team is available 24/7, and the terms send you to the Help Center. You will find the merchant details on our legal page.

Write once, clearly, and include:

• Your name and the email address on the order
• The order date
• Your pack: 1, 2 or 3 boxes
• A short description of the problem
• A photo if a box arrived damaged

Ordered by mistake?

Act fast. Under the terms, you can ask to cancel within one hour of placing the order, provided it has not yet gone into processing, fulfilment or shipping.

Missed the hour? No problem: once the parcel arrives, sealed boxes can still be returned within the 30-day window.

Parcel running late

Canada is big, and the terms give a range: processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days and shipping about 2 to 14 business days, depending on where you live and the carrier.

• Do not refuse the parcel to cancel; the terms do not treat a refused delivery as a return

Asking for a refund

On top of your legal rights, the seller runs a voluntary return policy of 30 calendar days. A box qualifies when it is sealed, unused, in its original packaging and fit for resale.

A damaged or wrong box

If something arrives broken or not as ordered, report it to support straight away. The terms keep your rights for defective, damaged or non-conforming goods in place, separate from the voluntary policy.

Health questions are a different matter; the checkout FAQ advises: "If you have any concerns, consult your healthcare provider."

Taxes, duties and the final total

Worried about surprise charges at the door? The terms say the total for your order, with shipping and the taxes the seller collects, is displayed before you submit it. Where customs duties or similar charges might apply, you should be told about that possibility before you complete the purchase.

If support does not answer

Bought one box, wanted three?

It happens. Per box, three boxes are the cheapest option at $23.99. Within the first hour, and before processing starts, ask support to cancel and order again. Later on, return the sealed box under the 30-day policy and place the order you really wanted.
