Who sells Slimqa
According to the official Terms and Conditions, Slimqa products are sold by Aura Health LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Aura Health LLC is named both as seller of record and as platform operator of slimqa.com.
The terms explicitly say not to send returns to that registered address.
Contact and customer service
For orders, delivery, returns, refunds and product questions, use the Help Center or the contact method on slimqa.com. The checkout states that customer support is available 24/7. Orders, deliveries and refunds are handled by the merchant, not by this website.
Formal written notices under the terms can be sent through the contact route the merchant designates for that purpose.
Return locations
Returns go only to the return address designated for your order. The terms currently name: US returns, 19655 E 35th Dr, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011, United States; and EU returns, Kleine Esch 669, 2841 MK Moordrecht, the Netherlands. Start with the return procedure in the Help Center before shipping anything.
Cancellations and returns
A cancellation request is possible within one hour of ordering if processing has not begun. The voluntary return policy covers sealed, unused boxes in original packaging returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return postage and the original shipping charge are not refunded under that policy unless the law requires it. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Shipping times
The terms give estimates: processing generally 1 to 3 business days and shipping usually about 2 to 14 business days, depending on destination, carrier and customs. Tracking may be provided by email.
Extras and recurring purchases
The terms also describe optional add-ons, such as a paid subscription to the "Nutrical" app or a recurring order, if you choose one. These are separate purchases that can be cancelled at any time through customer support.
Dispute resolution
The terms include a section on disputes. For residents of the United States it requires a written notice and a 30-day period of good-faith talks before arbitration, with an option to opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting the terms. Mandatory consumer rights where you live are not excluded.
Privacy
This website has no accounts, no forms and no newsletter. It stores a single session flag in your browser so the exit message appears only once. Our host keeps standard server logs for security. When you order, the merchant processes your data under its own privacy policy on slimqa.com.
